Welcome to kollatuneztours. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking, purchase, and participation in tours, travel packages, excursions, and related travel services provided or arranged by kollatuneztours ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs when a customer explicitly selects the designated agreement checkbox during checkout, creates a customer account, or makes payment for any tour or travel service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not book or participate in our tours.

In these Terms: - "Booking" means a reservation for one or more travelers on a specific tour. - "Customer" or "Traveler" or "You" means the individual making the booking and all persons on whose behalf the booking is made. - "Ticket" means the electronic confirmation issued by kollatuneztours containing a unique ticket code. - "Tour" means any travel experience, excursion, adventure, or destination package organized or marketed by kollatuneztours.

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

A booking is initiated by selecting travel dates, number of guests, and payment method through our platform. Upon submission, a booking record and unique Ticket Code (e.g. KT-XXXXXX) are generated. Bookings remain subject to payment verification where manual bank transfers are selected.

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Full payment or the agreed deposit must be received before ticket activation. We currently support direct bank transfer, and may support card payment gateways as indicated at checkout. Proof of payment may be requested for verification. We do not collect or store credit/debit card numbers directly on our servers.

Upon booking confirmation and payment receipt, your digital ticket is accessible via your dashboard profile. The ticket displays the traveler's name, tour title, travel dates, guest count, and unique verification code. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by kollatuneztours.

Cancellations must be requested via your account dashboard or by written notice to Kollatuneztours@gmail.com. Because tour bookings involve advance commitments with transport operators, accommodations, and guides, refund eligibility and cancellation fees depend on the specific tour, supplier policies, and notice given. Any tour-specific cancellation schedules or non-refundable deposit terms are stated on the individual tour listing. All refund requests are subject to review and confirmation by kollatuneztours.

Requests to reschedule travel dates must be submitted in advance to Kollatuneztours@gmail.com. Rescheduling is subject to destination availability, seasonal pricing variations, and any applicable supplier rebooking fees.

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, health certifications, yellow fever cards, and necessary entry permits. kollatuneztours is not liable for entry refusals or travel disruptions resulting from improper documentation.

Travelers must assess their fitness for selected activities (such as hiking, boat excursions, or outdoor safaris). You must notify us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations. You agree to follow the safety directions of tour leaders, local guides, and vessel captains at all times.

kollatuneztours reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to tour itineraries, accommodations, transport, or timing when circumstances such as weather, road closures, safety advisories, or vendor constraints dictate. Comparable alternative arrangements of equivalent standard will be provided where reasonably practicable.

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure arises from acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Certain elements of your tour (including flights, boat cruises, local transport, hotel lodging, and specialized adventure activities) may be provided by independent third-party operators. While we vet our partners, kollatuneztours does not directly control their independent operations and is not liable for their independent acts or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kollatuneztours' total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any booking shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

All content on the platform, including trademarks, brand marks, text, destination photographs, and code, is the property of kollatuneztours. In our community chat groups, respectful communication is required. Defamatory, abusive, obscene, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate suspension.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to seek amicable resolution through good-faith consultation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
